Safety Guidelines for The Plate & Pint
8 am wipe down of all work surfaces in kitchen and restaurant area. We use sanitizer provided by Auto Chlor Commercial Cleaning.
10 am our employees using alcohol sanitizer wipes down all computers, pens, guest check presenters, television remotes, telephone handsets, and door handles.
11 am wipe down all work surfaces in kitchen and restaurant area.
All employees wear disposable gloves for all work practices.
All to go containers are removed from packaging and stored in a sanitary covered area for service.
12 pm an employee using alcohol sanitizer wipes down all computers, pens, guest check presenters, television remotes, telephone handsets and tables and door handles.
2 pm wipe down all work surfaces in kitchen and restaurant area. We use sanitizer provided by Auto Chlor Commercial Cleaning.
3 pm an employee using alcohol sanitizer wipes down all computers, pens, guest check presenters, television remotes, telephone handsets and tables and door handles. These cleaning practices continue every 2 hours throughout the day until closing.
Daily Safety Log book to record who is working and if there are any safety concerns that day.
Stanchions in front of the entry door to block access to the restaurant. No public allowed in the restaurant.
All customer service employees wear masks during service and when interacting with customers.
We are taking temperatures of each employee at the beginning of the shift.
If an employee falls sick with symptoms related to Covid 19 that employee is automatically put on 14 day no work quarantine.
